Introduction

This is the website of the Intellectual Property and Media ADR Group.

We are a group of barristers practising in the fields of intellectual property and media law who have all undertaken training and become accredited as mediators.

"Intellectual property" covers areas such as copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights, database rights, performers' rights, passing off and confidential information. Media law includes areas such as defamation and privacy.

Our members provide a service of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) by mediation or arbitration, i.e. to provide clients with an alternative to going to court.
